Enhancing the Legacy of Baby Boomers.

Business transitions are deeply personal and emotional transactions. It is our privilege and mission to work with baby boomers to help preserve and enhance their legacy, by ensuring their business prospers and honors the founder.

A FAMILY BUSINESS LEGACY GUARDIAN

Malibu Capital Inc. is Los Angeles- and Toronto-based investment firm that works with baby boomer-owned businesses.

BROKERAGE

Our brokerage service both lists for sale and counsels baby boomer-owned businesses to find the appropriate acquirers. We help potential acquirers find the right baby boomer-owned businesses for their investment portfolios.

YOUR LEGACY

You have worked hard your entire life. You have made sacrifices. You built a business. You are an expert in your field and a pillar of the community. You will continue to be an expert once the sale is over. Therefore, your legacy should not end once the sale is concluded. Selling your business should be about more than once-off wealth creation. It’s also about having a clear plan to enhance your legacy and build your wealth after the sale. You deserve to hand the business to the next generation of leaders who will ensure you benefit from the ongoing changes they will make, and help you burnish your reputation. Selling your business should truly be the start of a planned and managed transition to something better.
